Key Responsibilities
Answering customer calls, emails and participating in live chats
Maintain knowledge of all Blushfun Products
Continuously seek to improve the customer experience
Provide the highest standard in customer service
There are some things you need to bring to the table and these include:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call centre style environment
Confident using software such as Google Docs/Microsoft Office packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in a fast-paced working environment.
Fluent English speaking
